Our selection of NASDAQ/OMX for FEX Derivatives and our purchase of Mercari for FEX OTC reflect our views on the trading products currently available to us.

This positioning, in our view, significantly improves business alignment between FEX and our partners and facilitates the necessary technology support for FEX’s requirement to be able to deliver flexible business development to our customers.

FEX blends this technology positioning with our business service providers, such as The Clearing Corporation, in order to deliver the most efficient operational markets we can for our customers. This positioning has already confirmed its worth to FEX in relation to our ability to service the global strategic interest for Cleared OTC products.
