The FEX products intended for this marketplace will address the spectrum of energy, commodity and environmental products demanded by the region. We are working with pre-eminent providers of pricing for settlement purposes, as demonstrated by the recent announcement regarding Argus Media, and regional industry participants to ensure our product specifications will deliver to current and future needs. Our energy products will commence with Coal and Oil contracts.

Through our combination of business and technology partners, FEX will be offering a proprietary matching algorithm implemented through NASDAQ OMX technology, the premium matching engine technology supplier to world exchanges, and an international clearing function delivered by The Clearing Corporation of Chicago, the world's largest independent clearing house.

We believe our proprietary trading solution operating within the regulatory framework of Australia, when coupled with the capital benefits of an international clearing function, the synergies of a highly-efficient OTC platform and with the regionally relevant product focus adopted, will become a marketplace of choice in Asia.
